The Seventh Seal. Gabe Morgan's structure has bodies strewn about ("Plague-i-est") in this homage to the classic film. Candy rocks circle the base of the castle, while blue-and-yellow M&Ms line the top of the walls encasing more dead ("Smelliest") bodies.
Godzilla. The rodents are descending ("Squeakiest") in Sarah Morgan's tribute to that classic monster movie. Verdant foil and icing ("Best Use of Green") form a dominant color scheme, as this poor partially-demolished house show the wrath of the terrible creature.
Animal House. It's a house. With animals ("Best Use of Animals"). Scott Pullman and Erin Peltzman have Greek letters ("Most Likely to Have Insurance Cancelled") standing out in purple icing, to call to mind the classic comedy of the 70's. A blue base and red contrasting icing for construction complete the scene.
Alice in Wonderland. This scene of Alice ("Tastiest to Other Animals") down below with the Cheshire Cat ("Catiest") on the roof recall the more whimsical things in life. Amy Trimmer uses white icing with blue sugar to form Alice's dress, while colorful M&Ms line the base of the house to add an additional decorating element.
Return of the King. Things aren't looking good for Frodo, his severed finger, or Sam ("Scariest"), in their green fondant capes. Gollum has already fallen to his peril ("Perilous"), with shiny gold ring and gray hand clearly visible below. Erica Cleary uses red and orange icing with particular effect to create the lava flows.
