The Dating Game. That famous show hosted by Jim Lange and featuring a beautiful bachelorette ("Smells Like Hairspray") is represented by Gabe Morgan's motley assembly of M&Ms ("Most Colorful"). Marshmallow and pretzel stools provide seating for the contestants ("House Where You Will be Asked Embarrassing Questions"), while a gold foil floor helps complete the scene.
The Simpsons. Erica Cleary and Adam Cash (that's us!) create an iconic opening scene from this long-running ("Most Likely to Find its Way to the Smithsonian") beloved show. Lego sugar blocks form student desks ("Most Likely to Involve School Children"), while an icing blackboard ("Classiest") provides the surface for one of fondant Bart's witty phrases.
The Brady Bunch. Martin Stoufer uses power tools! (a dremel, "Most 'Boring'") to craft this representation of the house known for its large family ("Mitt Romney Approved") and single sibling bathroom ("Most in Need of a Plumbing Investment"). Icing with colored sugars decorates the roof, while a colorful sour candy tape leads to the front door.
House. Erin Peltzman and Scott Pullman provide a literal interpretation ("Lazy Man's Gingerbread") of a House ("Most Unrealistic TV Show") house. Blue icing highlights the windows and doors, while a red doorknob ("Most Likely to Cause Nightmares") provides entry into the structure.
Jersey Shore. Elinor and Molly Stoufer show the deconstructed effects ("Most Likely to End Badly") of natural forces upon their structure. Colorful roof tiles ("Best Use of Necco Wafers"; "Best Use of Solid Sugar") line the top of the structure, while red icing highlights the windows.
Star Trek. Mike Dashow's spaceship can use its dual warp nacelles ("Fastest") to reach the farthest points of the universe, ensuring safety from a potential Earth cataclysm ("Will Survive December 21"). Red icing denotes the ship's registry info, while the gingerbread saucer section provides housing and leisure ("Bachelor #1: I Like to be Romanced. If You Took Me on a Romantic Date, Which Gingerbread House Would We Go To?") facilities for all aboard.
